Jason Beasley Builders has over 30 years experience building custom homes in Western North Carolina. Jason was born here in Western North Carolina and comes from a long line of contractors in his family.

Preconstruction Design
This pre-construction planning stage involves defining the project, selecting a floor plan, identifying potential issues, planning and scheduling, the scope, and analysis of the job's needs.
Design & Construction Estimate
The cost to build a house can vary widely. However, we explore the various aspects of homebuilding costs to give you a better picture of what it could cost you to build your dream home.
On-Site Consultations
We encourage our homebuyers to walk through the home at any stage,. We suggest that it be by appointment to cut down on some of the safety concerns when a house is under construction. It also gives us a chance to offer a one-on-one conversation.
The Finishing
Touches
Finishing touches comes down to all the “little” things. At this point we will be installing mirrors, closet shelving, screens, etc. and doing final paint touch ups in preparation for cleaning.
Our Quality Guarantee
New home construction or a modular home come with our quality guarantee.. It covers items that are typically a permanent part of the home, like concrete floors, plumbing, or electrical work for up to one year after the sale. We will make all repairs and corrections to the home that become necessary through faulty construction, labor, or materials.
